Paul T. Essig is Of Counsel to the firm. His practice concentrates mostly on municipal and zoning law, estate planning, estates and trusts, nonprofit social organizations and Church related institutions.
He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Joseph College (now University), Philadelphia, PA, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Villanova Law School in 1963, being the first such law school graduate to be admitted to the Berks County Bar.
Paul has contributed much of his time over the years on Catholic Church educational, social welfare, and healthcare matters and has served on a number of related boards, agencies, and committees, including the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph Medical Center and the Pennsylvania Catholic Conference. He also served on the Board of Trustees of Serra International, a world-wide organization whose members foster vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
He is a U.S. Army veteran (1953-1955), is married over 60 years, has 6 children, and resides in Exeter Township.
