Cynthia is a paralegal with the firm, supporting our Municipal Department. She obtained an Associate’s Degree from the Pennsylvania Business Institute and her paralegal certificate from Penn State University. Cynthia has over 30 years of legal experience, mainly in the area of municipal matters, civil litigation, and real estate and business matters.
Cynthia is a native of Schuylkill County and grew up in the counties surrounding Berks County, finally making her permanent home in Berks County in the late 1980s. Cynthia resides in Exeter Township and is the mother of three children.
