Matthew joined Hartman, Valeriano, Magovern & Lutz in 2020, and is an associate with the firm. He is a member of the Berks County Bar Association. He obtained both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew served as a law clerk to the Honorable James M. Bucci in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. Matthew concentrates his practice in municipal law.
