Lawrence J. Valeriano Jr. is a shareholder at the firm. His practice focuses primarily on estate planning and estate administration, family law, and personal injury. Mr. Valeriano graduated from Albright College with honors in 1984 with a B.A. degree in English, and he holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Dickinson School of Law (1987).
Mr. Valeriano began practicing law in 1987 with the firm of DeSantis, Schmehl & DeSantis and became a partner in the firm in 1993. He remained with the firm, which eventually became Essig|Valeriano, P.C. After a merger, effective September 2, 2014, the firm is now known as Hartman, Valeriano, Magovern & Lutz, P.C.
Mr. Valeriano is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated. He was admitted to the Berks County Bar and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1987, and subsequently to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America (1991). Mr. Valeriano served on the Muhlenberg School Board from 1991 to 1995, and has been solicitor for the Tilden Township Zoning Hearing Board since 1991. He received the Berks County Pro Bono Award in 2014.
Mr. Valeriano is a Berks County native who lives in Muhlenberg Township with his wife of twenty-four years and their son.
