Brett M. Fegely is a partner at the firm and leads the firm’s business practice. He represents individuals and businesses in general business matters, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property matters, commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, business succession planning, tax matters and non-profit corporation matters. Brett has extensive experience representing non-publically traded small hometown businesses to those with annual revenues in excess of $100,000,000. Brett has experience representing clients doing business throughout the entire United States, as well as internationally.
Brett is a native of Berks County and currently resides in Spring Township with his wife and children. He is an active member and volunteer for his church, Glad Tidings Assembly of God (Spring Township), and is a member of the Board of Directors of Glad Services and Veterans Making a Difference.
